Join me at the kitchen table at Central Street Cookery School for a fabulous mid-winter feast.
I’ll be using lovely local seasonal ingredients, so the menu will be confirmed nearer the time depending on what’s available, but:
There’ll be a selection of enticing vegetable, seafood and meat starters to share, along with homebaked breads.
The main course will be a juicy and hearty, slow-roast meat dish, or a carefully spiced vegetarian option.
Desserts will be indulgent and decadent, to lift the spirits at this frugal time of year.
Bring a date, bring a friend, or just bring yourself, but bring your own drinks.
