I’ll be using  lovely local seasonal ingredients, lots of stuff from London Farmers’ Markets and nearby shops and stalls.

The food will be presented to share so everyone gets to dig in and have fun.

There’ll be flatbreads and leavened sourdough bread; loads of wonderful vegetable plates – grilled, fried, salads, cold and hot; meat from a selection of beasts as well as fish and seafood; sauces, dips and purees and all finished off with some refreshing and indulgent puddings.

Bring your own drinks.
